Elite managed to get me an appointment the same day and worked on the car immediately so I could have it right away for a trip I needed to take the next day.

Elite Motorworks is by far my go to shop. They're not only competent in what they do, but they treat my car with respect and care. With other shops, I always had some other unfavorable result I had to remedy after getting my car back. With Elite, that is never an issue. I can't recommend them enough.

Was in town for the day when my Range Rover battery was failing. Gordon took my call at 3;10 in the day and worked me into an already full schedule. What a great experience. Jamie replaced my battery (which is no easy undertaking ) and got me back on the road. Great company and even better people!! I highly recommend them.

Took my Volvo into this shop while on vacation because the rear brakes were making noise. I was expecting a $500 bill to replace the rear brakes however they discovered that there was no significant problem. They had loaned me a vehicle (no charge) so I felt obligated to give them some work so asked them to change the oil. They did so and discovered my oil plug was the incorrect one and was leaking. They replaced the plug and did not even charge me for it! They could have taken me for a ride, especially since I was from out of town, but they treated me like I was family. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a shop with integrity and Volvo expertise.

Friendly, quick, and clean waiting area.

I was looking for a place where I can get the same service if not better than the dealer without paying dealer prices...well I found it. I called to test the service and the owner Jamie answered, that was a great start. You rarely find the owner of the garage answering the phone. Jamie was informative, patient, accommodating and calm while answering my questions. After having it towed Jamie called me during the day to explained what he found and quoted me a price that was less than a dealership. They repaired my Range Rover Sport within a day, awesome! Also to top it off they not only washed my car but cleaned various parts in my engine...who does that! Not the dealer. Jamie and crew are rare breeds, thank you guys!

Jamie Caldwell is honest and extremely knowledgeable. (It takes talent to explain car trouble to a guy like me!) After an "interesting" quote from a local dealer, I brought it to Elite Motor Works for a second opinion and I'm glad I did. My BMW hasn't shifted this smoothly in years. He was recommended to me and I recommend him to you!
