I have been servicing my 2011 Audi A-6 for 2 years with Elite. I have always been totally satisfied with their quality, service, and overall honesty in dealing with me. Gordon is the first point of contact when you walk through the door. He is the operations guy who handles the scheduling and a lot of the other things that go into running a professional organization. He is a good guy with an excellent sense of humor. But Gordon knows his stuff and is all business. Jamie, the owner, is the mechanics mechanic. He is extremely impressive. He works on cars that are easily valued in the six figures. However, European cars like mine are probably more of the bread and butter. If you have the privilege of walking back into the work area you can understand how Jamie built his reputation. The work area is like a clean room. You will more than likely see some pretty fancy cars on a lift or waiting for repair. Jamie knows everything there is to know about these very complicated machines. I sort of view Jamie like a surgeon who you trust to perform an operation on a family member. I know this all sounds glowing, but it is unsolicited by Elite and it is 100% true. When I go to Elite I know that I am there for service or a minor repair. By the same token, it is fun to visit them to chat with Gordon and see what high end project Jamie is working on. Just remember, don’t get scared by the high end stuff. A big part of the business are standard BMW’s, Mercedes, Audi’s and some other European brands.
