Elite Motor Works saved the day. We have a Mini Cooper Clubman and the battery died suddenly (as they tend to do) on a Friday night. On this Mini the battery is very DIFFICULT to access. I thought it would mean a trip to the Mini Cooper dealer in Fort Myers or Wesley Chapel. But, a call to Elite first, turned out to be the correct decision. Elite contacted Interstate to get a new battery delivered to the shop and had it installed in about an hour -- at the end of their Saturday workday. Thank you so much for your good service and customer relations!

I took my car to my local mechanic shop because it was leaking oil and unfortunately, the mechanics who work on Mercedes were involved in a bad accident and they told me to take it to Elite motor Works. I had my car towed to Elite and Gordon called me to let me know what was wrong with it and what needed to done right away and what repair could wait. I told them to go ahead with the repair that needed to done immediately and I will be taking it back for the next repair that needs to done. Gordon was exceptionally great. Thank you!!

Once again Elite Motor Works took in my MB on very short notice and did exactly what I requested in a very appropriate time. I am always grateful and driveway confident that my car is running smooth and safely. Elite has been my garage of choice while owning my first Mercedes these past 5 years.
