When our regular dealership appeared to be overutilizing our relationship we decided to look for a new one. We found Elite by Googling and based upon their reviews, decided to give them a try. As background, we had an intermittent electrical issue and brought it to them for diagnosis. Unfortunately or perhaps fortunately, the electrical fault failed to repeat itself despite their best efforts. They asked to keep the car overnight in hopes of seeing the fault in the morning when they started it. When we went in to pick up the car, Gordon the service manager, didn't want to charge us because they hadn't been able to identify the fault. Not thinking that was entirely fair, as they had taken time to drive it, etc. we agreed on a reduced invoice instead of what we had originally been told it would cost us. We left satisfied, knowing that we have found ourselves a new service provider for our VW.
