Gordon Chapman is what brought us to Elite Motor Works in Sarasota. There we were met by shop owner Jamie- who provided us with exceptional customer service. I have been in the auto industry in this area for over 20 years- and it has been increasingly difficult to find a quality repair facility with honest values and integrity. I found their shop clean, inviting and the personell was very hospitipal. A smaller operation with an impressively clean shop floor. They installed the APR Stage 1 upgrade to my Golf GTI. The installation was flawless and was scheduled to suit my availability. Jamie is both personable and extremely knowledgeable. This shop was recommended to me by a golfing buddy and am I glad he did! This will be my car maintenance shop from now on!
